Partners: City of Columbus Department of Development; The Housing Trust; The Collaborative of Greater Columbus; Third Federal Savings and Loan; Ohio Community Development Finance Fund; Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing. 


Incentives: Mortgage Subsidies up to $30,000; 15 years Tax Abatement; down payment assistance; low interest rates. 
 


The Samaritan Village Homes provide affordable single-family homes targeted to families with incomes at or below 80% AMI situated within the Empowerment Zone, the Devon Park Triangle neighborhood is bounded by Fifth Avenue to the North, Leonard Avenue to the East, I-670 to the South, and the Conrail Railroad Tracks to the West. The nine residential streets in Devon Park Triangle are surrounded by office, light manufacturing and neighborhood commercial services. The SPDC is transforming families and revitalizing a neighborhood right in the Heart of the Triangle.
