Welcome to the Samaritan Project Development Corporation's New Website.

The SPDC is a 501(c)(3) faith-based non-profit organization with its primary areas of service being the St. Mary’s, Shepard, and Devon Triangle neighborhoods within Columbus’ North Central Area Commission. The SPDC as a City of Columbus CHDO (Community Housing Development Organization) focuses on affordable housing development with an emphasis on housing production, homebuyer education, financial management, credit counseling, and foreclosure prevention.
